Theoretical and methodological discussions in the field of Public Relations and the Executive Secretariat can be found in different scientific research (Franca, 2003; Kunsch, 2006; Nonato Jr., 2008; Sabino & amp; Marchelli, 2009; Oliveira, 2009). Exceptionally, there are also studies that address the peculiarities and similarities between the two areas (Leite, 2010; Werner; Oliveira, nd & Artico, 2013). This study aims to answering the concern: What are the existing professional performance interfaces between the profession of Public Relations and the Executive Secretary? The approach of this study is a qualitative one. Regarding the objectives and purposes, it is descriptive. Considering the means for achieving our goals, this is a bibliographic, discussed and documentary work. Finally, it was possible to identify four main common topics that include both occupations, namely: a) action based on technological change; b) inclusion in the the organization strategic environment; c) act on the use of assertive communication and, finally, d) the professional performance understood as complementary, since it allows an effective assistance to the board for decision making processes by the high organizational level.
