The invention discloses a production method and electrochemiluminescence sensing application of a carbon nitride modified three-dimensional graphite electrode, and relates to the fields of nano-science, polymer science and electrochemical sensing. In situ preparation of a carbon nitride nano-material on a three-dimensional electrode is realized through using the melamine and formaldehyde polymerization characteristic and the high-temperature polymerization property of melamine. The carbon nitride modified three-dimensional graphite electrode can realize rapid and highly-sensitive detection of multiple objects based on the good electrochemiluminescence characteristic and the good molecule identification ability of carbon nitride, and has wide application prospect in scientific researches and clinic application.
