Analysis of the Reservations of Light-Cure Fissure Sealant

Objective: To observe the condition of the reservations that deciduous and permanent teeth are sealed by SCI-PHARM light-cure fissure sealant.Method: 308 cases of 862 teeth of school-age children were taken a fissure sealant,and then reviewed in the 6 th、12 th、24 th、36 th month to analyze the retention rate of fissure sealant by statistics method.Result: The retention rates in 6 th、12 th、24 th、36 th month were significantly different(P0.05),which suggested that reservations were gradually reduced over time,and had no significant relationship between gender and upper or lower teeth.And it demonstrates that the fissure sealant in near,medium-term hasn't any differences.Conclusion: The fissure sealant is an effective way to prevent deciduous and young permanent teeth against caries.The teeth sealed by SCI-PHARM light-cure fissure sealant,which are non-carious and have high value of clinical application,retain a high rate of reservation.
