Ацетоксибензоилглицилглицины как потенциальные церебропротекторные препараты

A series of 3,4,5-trimethoxy 2-, 3-, and 4-acetoxybenzoyl glycylglycines and their soluble potassium and lithium salts have been synthesized. Soluble potassium and lithium salts of acetoxybenzoyl glycylglycines were experimentally studied for their possible cerebroprotective properties. The most pronounced cerebroprotective activity with respect to cerebral ischemia was observed for lithium salts of 2-acetoxybenzoyl glycylglycine.
