DESDOBRAMENTOS DA FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA: POR ENTRE AS NARRATIVAS, AS RESSIGNIFICAÇÕES

The study aims at identifying the main problems and solutions that have an effect on management when it comes to building good conditions to the Physical Education Teachers in the exercise of their activity, regarding the perspective of inclusion. It is a collaborative-critical research-action from the narratives of two Special Education and Physical Education teachers/managers who participated in the continuing training course held at a public university. The research uses semi-structured interviews, which after analysis, aroused discussions related to the professional reflection spaces for the ressignification (reframe) of knowledge and deployment of the collective wisdom in order to develop public policies. The work determines that such concerns and reflections of each one involved in the education process regarding continuing training, under the condition of being shared, may open perspectives for criticism about the reality faced and may enable the thought of a transformed education and, therefore, a new education might be taken into consideration.
