PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of response time of reading access to a storage device.SOLUTION: A storage control device has a receiving section and a control section. The receiving section receives a reading command or a writing command for a storage device from an internal or an external command releasing device. When the receiving section receives a writing command, the control section suspends the received writing command until at least a first interval time elapses after the last writing command received prior to the writing command is output, and outputs the writing command after the first interval time elapses. When the reading command is received while the writing command is suspended, the storage control device outputs the reading command prior to the suspended writing command.
