Medial canthal salivary gland tumor.

: Terminal duct adenocarcinoma, of minor salivary gland origin and arising from the base of the nose, eroded through the lateral nasal bone to present as a medial canthal mass. Although rare, these tumors should be considered in the differential diagnosis of periorbital adnexal masses.
