Ignition air flue below circulating fluidized bed

2011
The utility model relates to an ignition air flue below a circulating fluidized bed. The ignition air flue comprises a water-cooling air chamber (201), an ignition air flue (203), a main-primary air pipe (204) and burner assemblies (205, 206 and 210), wherein the water-cooling air chamber (201) is connected with one end of the ignition air flue (203). The ignition air flue below the circulating fluidized bed further comprises an ignition air flue extension section (207) which is arranged at a certain angle with the ignition air flue (203); the main-primary air pipe (204) is arranged on the ignition air flue extension section (207); one end of the ignition air flue extension section (207) is connected with the other end of the ignition air flue (203); and the burner assemblies (205, 206 and 210) are arranged on the other end of the ignition air flue extension section (207). By means of the utility model, the safety problem generated because a pulverized coal burner below the circulating fluidized bed is adopted for the ignition air flue of the traditional circulating fluidized bed is avoided, and an energy-saving and consumption-reduction effect is favorably achieved for a circulating fluidized bed unit.
