Analysis on expression of Yes-associated protein expression in colorectal cancer cell lines and cancer lymph nodes

Objective To study the expression of YAP in colorectal cancer Colo320 cell lines and cancer lymph nodes-positive and negative.Methods S-P immunohistochemistry and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were used to detect protein expression and mRNA.RT-PCR analysis was used to detect the expression of YAP mRNA in 10 patients with rectal cancer metastatic lymph nodes and negative lymph nodes.Results YAP protein and mRNA showed expression of positive Colo320 cell lines.Rectal cancer metastasis lymph nodes YAP mRNA' s expression level was higher than that of the node-negative (0.46 ± 0.12vs.0.15 ± 0.08,P ＜0.05).Conclusion YAP presented positive expression in rectal cancer Colo320 cell lines.YAP high expression is related to the rectal cancer lymph node metastasis.
