Silicon Nanowires – Synthesis, Properties, and Applications

In this review, we summarize the essential aspects of the synthesis, properties, and applications of silicon nanowires. In particular, important applications such as catalysis, Li ion batteries, solar cells, biological and chemical sensors are discussed.
