The invention provides a mobile terminal iris identification man-machine interaction method. The method comprises obtaining a near infrared face image by use of an acquisition device, detecting a human eye area through combination of iris positioning to obtain position information of human eyes, furthermore, according to a detection result, obtaining distance information of the human eyes relative to the acquisition device and an attitude estimation of a face orientation, and then according to the distance and attitude information, emitting a prompt, such that man-machine interaction experience is realized. Besides, the mobile terminal iris identification man-machine interaction method also has the advantages of high interface friendliness, high usability, high identification efficiency and the like.
