Rubber for washing mold

1992
PURPOSE: To exhibit excellent washing effect and suppress the generation of harmful gas from a rubber compsn. CONSTITUTION: A rubber compsn. for washing a mold is constituted by adding 20 pts.wt. of process oil, 1 pts.wt. of stearic acid, 10 pts.wt. of dicumyl peroxide, 50 pts.wt. of a silica gel, 10 pts.wt. of MDA and 5-60 pts.wt. of phenyldiethanolamine being aromatic amine. Phenyldiethanolamine forms a chelate bond along with the metal ion in a contaminant to certainly wash the mold. Since the addition amount of MDA is reduced by the addition of phenyldiethanolamine, a malodor at the time of washing is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
