Relationship of Transforming Growth Factor-β1 to Malignant Tumors:Progress in Clinical Research

Transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),one of tumor-derived immunosuppressive factors from malignant tumor cells,increases at varying degrees in serum of patients with multiple malignancies and is related closely to the occurrence,development and prognosis of tumors.This paper reviews the progress in research of the relationship between TGF-β1 and malignancies.
