The effect of induced secreting cytokine in vitro by LHQY.

In the experiment to determine inducing leukomonocyte in vitro and the effect of secreting cytokine,determined the effect of LHQY on splenic lymphocyte secreting IL-2,IFN-γ and INF-α with double antibody ELISA.The results showed LHQY could significantly promote the secretion of IL-2 and IFN-γ with or without ConA by the T lymphocyte of mice(P0.01),and the level of IL-2 and IFNγ was higher in the group adding ConA.With the PHA-M,except the drug concentration was 1∶10,LHQY could significantly promote the secretion of INF-α(P0.01),but it can inhibit the secretion of IFN-α by lymphocyte.
