PURPOSE: To purify hydrazine hydrate in an easy, low-cost and efficient manner. CONSTITUTION: Hydrazine hydrate or its aq. soln. is distilled under reduced pressure, the distillate is passed through an adsorbent and the vapor is condensed to remove org. by-products and dissolved salts from the hydrazine hydrate and its aq. soln.
