The invention discloses a single-cylinder gasoline engine carburetor throttle valve adjusting mechanism and a gasoline engine with the mechanism. The adjusting mechanism comprises an idling controller, an electromagnetic actuator, a throttle valve pull rod and a throttle valve. The throttle valve pull rod is connected with the electromagnetic actuator through a spring piece. The throttle valve pull rod is in rigid connection with the throttle valve, and an idling adjusting screw is arranged on one side of the throttle valve. The throttle valve rotates around the center point under the effect of the throttle valve pull rod, and the electromagnetic actuator is controlled by the idling controller. By the adoption of the mode of the single-cylinder gasoline engine carburetor throttle valve adjusting mechanism, the gasoline engine can be automatically switched between the high rotating speed and the low rotating speed, the gasoline engine is in the high-speed state when driving an electric generator to generate electricity, the gasoline engine is in the idle state when the electric generator does not generate electricity, and therefore working noise is lowered.
