Thermoluminescence of anion-defective α-Al2O3 crystals at low temperatures

The low-temperature TL properties of anion-defective α-Al2O3-δ crystal were investigated. The installation based on a thermoelectric cooler was created. The kinetic parameters of the low-temperature trap were determined. The results of comparing the intensities of dosimetric peaks when irradiating samples with the same dose at room temperature and at −30° C were obtained.
