Method for artificially breeding seed of spotted maigre

The invention discloses a method for artificially breeding the seed of the spotted maigre, belonging to the field of mariculture in agriculture. In the method an indoor high-density seed breeding method is combined with a prelarva outdoor pond ecological breeding method. The method comprises the steps of: indoor spotted maigre prelarva high-density breeding, outdoor pond prelarva breeding, and fishing after the length of the prelarva is more than 5cm. The indoor spotted maigre prelarva high-density breeding comprises the steps of: 1. hatching, 2. breeding the prelarva, and 3. fishing and transporting. The outdoor pond prelarva breeding comprises the steps of: i. soil pond facility finishing and early preparing; and ii. soil pond breeding and managing. The soil pond facility finishing and early preparing comprises the steps of: 1. disinfecting the pond and the water body; 2. installing an oxygenating system; and 3. breeding biological bait. The soil pond breeding and managing comprisesthe steps of: 1. putting the prelarva; 2. changing the water; 3. putting the bait; and 4. regulating the water quality. The method combines with the advantages such as the high controllability of theindoor high-density seed breeding with the ecology imitation of the outdoor pond and the like, so that the seed breeding cost and risk are reduced, and the seed quality of the spotted maigre is improved, therefore, the method can be popularized and applied.
