Stabilizer for hydroxylamine nitrate

The invention discloses a stabilizer for hydroxylamine nitrate (HAN), and belongs to the field of organic synthesis; compared with conventional hydroxylamine acid and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid sodium salt (EDTA) and other stabilizers, the stabilizer has more significantly effect for improving the stability of HAN. A preparation method comprises the steps of taking 2-chloropyridine-N-oxide as a raw material, under a 40-60 DEG C stirring condition, dropwise adding an alkaline solution (1-2 h), after completing dropwise adding, continuing to undergo a reaction for 0.5-1 h, distilling, drying, and grinding to obtain the stabilizer. The prepared HAN stabilizer is a powder having the color from white to light yellow, can be dissolved in water, and has quite good stability on HAN.
