The invention discloses a buckling restrained brace embedded with light material bodies, a casing and concrete. The buckling restrained brace comprises a core part, the light material bodies, the outer casing and concrete or mortar blocks, wherein a plurality of light material bodies are distributed on the periphery of the core part respectively; the outer casing is placed on the peripheries of the core part and the light material bodies; and gaps among the outer casing, the core part and the light material bodies are filled with the concrete or mortar blocks. According to the invention, the light material blocks or hollow cavities are preliminarily embedded into the casing filled with concrete, and the use amount of filled concrete is reduced; and according to the method that the light material blocks or the hollow cavities are embedded, the dead weight of the whole support can be reduced by reducing the weight of restraining parts under the condition that the influence on the buckling restrained brace performance is smaller.
