Rozhodovací procesy při nákupu tepelného čerpadla

The bachelor thesis deals with decision-making process in the family house. The aim of this work is description the current status and methods of strategic decision-making, monitoring the offer of heat pumps and design the own decision-making process. In the final part of the bachelor thesis are the results compared and is proposed the solution.
