Medical tissue slice image 3d reconstruction method and apparatus

An embodiment of the present invention provides a medical tissue slice image 3D reconstruction method and apparatus, for solving the problem in which it is difficult to accurately perform 3D reconstruction of discontinuously displayed tissue and patchy tissue and quickly differentiate the same from other tissues. The medical tissue slice image 3D reconstruction method comprises: drawing edges of the medical tissue in slice images having clear edges of a group of slice images of the medical tissue; filling in regions surrounded by the drawn edges of the medical tissue in the slice images; extracting, from the filled-in slice images, every two equal-value surfaces of spatially adjacent slice images, and respectively generating display surface pieces; and joining the generated equal-value surfaces of the display surface pieces and obtaining a 3D image of the medical tissue. The present invention is suitable for the technical field of medical imaging and display.
