Virus vector, cell, and construct

This virus vector is derived from a virus belonging to the family Paramyxoviridae and includes a genome containing: a gene that codes for a modified H protein; a gene that codes for a modified F protein; and a foreign gene. The genome may be segmented into multiple segments, each of which may contain a leader sequence and a trailer sequence.
