Nodular Toxic Goiter in a Teenage Girl

• The clinical manifestations of autonomous function in large multinodular goiters may cover a spectrum similar to that of single nodules, from euthyroidism to varying degrees of hyperthyroidism. We examined a 17-year-old girl with nodular toxic goiter. ( Am J Dis Child 1982;136:849-851)
