Electroheat Characteristics and Power Supply System for Ladle Furnaces

Based on the equipment and process of 150t ladle furnace in Meishan IronSteel Co .,Ltd,the current power supply system are analyzed.Combining electric and thermal parameters of 150t ladle furnace,"Electroheat characteristic graph"is drew and the program of power supply system of centre on concasting are advanced.Give play to the ability of equipment to the greatest extend,low electric energy consumption and electrode consumption and at the same time low the cost of shop steelmaking,optimal steelmaking process flow are realized.
