100 mg/dL was independently associated with DFS.CONCLUSION: Hepatectomy for vp3-4 HCC results in a survival rate similar to hepatectomy for vp1-2.AFP stratified the stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ HCC patients according to prognosis.
