Development and Clinical use of Neurovascular Devices: Current Status and Future

Cerebrovascular diseases is the second leading cause of death in China. Minimally invasive interventional neuroradiology is becoming an important means for management of cerebrovascluar diseases, and taking place of traditional surgical treatment. The updated engineering material science plays an important role in the development of this field. We reviews the current status of neurovascular interventional devices and points out its future development direction.
