Исследование некоторых биохимических и клинических показателей гонартроза и их взаимосвязь

The aim of this study was to determine connection indicators of biochemical tests in the synovial fluid and clinical manifestations of patients with knee. Based on the study of 46 samples of synovial fluid from patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint was observed significant increase in the number of total protein and sialic acids, redistribution of protein fractions. On the basis of the clinical characteristics of the study and biochemical parameters was performed factor analysis. As a result of factor analysis identified clinical variables most closely associated with biochemical (gender, age, reactive changes in the joint).
