Design of the Baling and Wrapping Machine Based on Value Engineering

The value engineering is a modern management technique of enterprise production, aiming to study how to satisfy the fundamental demand of the customers with the minimum cost. The theory and methodology of Value Engineering in the application of the Baling and Wrapping Machine design was discussed in this paper. Based on the actual project of the Baling and Wrapping Machine design, this paper explored the ID design, the cost analysis, the design value evaluation and the other relevant topics from the product function analysis. Thereby, it targeted to maximize the overall value of the Baling and Wrapping Machine and to provide a new ideology for the design of agricultural machinery.
