Shock attenuation device suitable for high-altitude dropped object

2008
The invention relates to a shock attenuation device for a high-altitude dropped object, which comprises a buffering outer bag, a Ti -Ni alloy wire net, a buffering inner bag, hydraulic pipelines, an adjusting nut, a throttling nozzle, a supporting pallet and a sealing sheet, wherein the Ti -Ni alloy wire net is arranged between the buffering outer bag and the buffering inner bag, and the Ti-Ni alloy wire net and the supporting pallet are molded into a whole with a mould by technological vulcanization; the inner surface of the supporting pallet is provided with more than two hydraulic pipelines; one end of each hydraulic pipeline is communicated with the adjusting nut, while the other end is communicated with the liquid of the buffering inner bag; the adjusting nut is matched with the throttling nozzle through threads; and the outside of the adjusting nut is bonded with the sealing sheet. The shock attenuation device does not influence flight trajectory of the high-altitude dropped object, and always remains unchanged to the resistance of the dropped object in the whole buffering process so as to ensure uniform deceleration of the dropped object; and most external impact energy is dissipated in a buffering device, and almost no resilience force acts on the dropped object after the buffering process is finished.
