A heat medium inlet and a heat medium outlet are respectively arranged at the left upper end and the right upper end of the tube body, a left pipe box and a right pipe box are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the tube body, a cold medium outlet and a cold medium inlet are respectively arranged on the left pipe box and the right pipe box correspondingly, a plurality of heat exchange pipes for cold media to flow are horizontally arranged in the tube body, and a plurality of arc sleeve pieces are sleeved on the outer wall of each heat exchange pipe along the length direction at intervals. The heat exchanger utilizes the arc sleeve pieces on the outer walls of the heat exchange pipes to increase heat exchange area, utilizes fins in the heat exchange pipes to increase heat exchange area, strengthens heat transfer effect in maximum mode and improves heat exchange performance.
