Determination of arsenic in infant foods by hydride atomic fluorescence method
2011
Objective:To establish a method for determination of Arsenic(As) in infant foods.Method:The infant foods were dissolved by microwave and Arsenic in them was determined by double-channel hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results:The arsenic content was linear with the fluorescence intensity in the range of 0 μg / L~160.0 μg / Lwith correlation coefficient of 0.998 8.The detection limit of this method was 0.038 2 μg / L.Recovery experiment was carried out and recovery was 93.47%~98.51%.Conclusions: The method was simple, rapid, accurate and high sensitive.Arsenic in the infant foods could be determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
