Machine Learning on Mining Potential Adverse Drug Reactions for Pharmacovigilance

Drugs are related to the lives and health of patients. Mining and discovering potential adverse drug reactions from a large number of unstructured texts play an important role in drug research and pharmacovigilance. It is a hot research issue in the field of biomedicine in recent years. A large number of scholars have discovered a large amount of information on adverse drug reactions from different data sources through effective machine learning methods. This paper reviews the research progress in recent years to provide a reference for future research.
