According to the technical scheme, a hydraulic system and an electric system are comprehensively utilized, the load and impact of the electric system are reduced, the problem of power-lack of a pure electric mode of a hybrid power electric car is well solved, real zero-emission is achieved, and therefore the purposes of saving energy and reducing emissions are achieved.
