Sensing device for measuring electrification voltage of high-temperature high-speed air flow

2013
The invention discloses a sensing device for measuring electrification voltage of high-temperature high-speed air flows. The sensing device comprises a metal outer barrel and a small-diameter metal inner barrel which are arranged concentrically, wherein the metal inner barrel is sleeved in the metal outer barrel, an insulating support part is arranged between the metal outer barrel and the metal inner barrel, and distances at positions between the metal outer barrel and the metal inner barrel are equal. The metal outer barrel and the metal inner barrel are trumpet-shaped, and the end faces of the large ports of the metal outer barrel and the metal inner barrel are flush with the end faces of the small ports of the metal outer barrel and the metal inner barrel respectively. The sensing device is composed of the metal outer barrel and the metal inner barrel which are arranged concentrically and are trumpet-shaped, so that when the sensing device is used, triboelectrification caused by contact between diffused jet flows and the sensing device does not occur, and the accuracy of a measuring result is ensured. A working mode of the sensing device is a non-contact measurement mode, a structure of a measured object is not required to be changed, and the requirements of a test site are demanding. The size structure of the sensing device can be reduced and enlarged according to the same proportion, so that the sensing device is flexibly used for various fields needing electrification measurement of the high-temperature high-speed air flows.
