The invention provides a cylindrical put object aerodynamic force detection device and a measurement method and belongs to the field of aerodynamic force detection. The aerodynamic force detection device and the measurement method can be applied to the aerospace field. The detection device is composed of a front part of a cylindrical put object, a middle part of the cylindrical put object, a rear part of the cylindrical put object, a rod type balance, multiple fastening screws and multiple fixing screws. The rod type balance is composed of a rear connecting rod, two thermal insulation boards, a middle connecting rod, a crystal set pad, crystal sets, a pre-tightening shaft, a front connecting rod and a screen cover. The measurement method includes the steps that forces or force moments are exerted on the rod type balance in the cylindrical put object, so that the quantity of electric charges at the output end is observed; by the adoption of a multi-electrode arrangement multi-region electric charge output superimposed decoupling method, measurement of the three forces or the force moments is achieved, and two tangential forces and normal torques can be measured through the two Y0 tangential crystal sets. The detection device is good in manufacturability and stability and low in cost, the intrinsic frequency of the rod type balance is high, responding speed is high, and the adopted measurement method is high in accuracy.
