LA TOMA DE DECISIONES EN LAS PEQUEÑAS ORGANIZACIONES DEL SECTOR COOPERATIVO Y ESTILOS DE DIRECCIÓN * DECISION MAKING AND MANAGEMENT STYLES IN SMALL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE COOPERATIVE SECTOR

This article is a product of an investigation in the Program Integral Strengthening of the Producers and Comercializadores of Cheese of Sabanalarga's Municipality in the corregimientos of Isabel Lopez, Miller, Cascajal and Galician of the Department of the Atlantic Ocean, which principal aim is orientated for identifying the joint between the knowledge on models of planning and management styles in the executives of small organizations. In this process I use the Ethnographic Method with the support of technologies of investigation as the interview, the observation and the focal groups applied to a population of 10 individuals (executives of the organization). The results of the investigation raise the existence of two theoretical positions that answer to expositions from the sociology and the psychology that on having been related to different management styles, in the scenes and in the diverse spheres of the daily life there provide surprising explanations, capable of establishing breaks with the administrative interpretations and the managerial known strategies. In terms of conclusion in the study it is found that the small cooperative organizations instead of be adapting to the limited and merely complementary role that the capitalist system assigns them, overturning towards giving the Desarrollo Gerencial, Vol. 4-1.
