Monitoramento da carga de treino através de escalas de escalas de percepção subjetiva de Borg, Foster e Dor

O objetivo do presente estudo centrou-se no monitoramento da carga de treino atraves de escalas de percepcao subjetiva durante programa de atividade fisica voltada a saude. Materiais e metodos: A selecao dos individuos da amostra foi do tipo nao-probalistica, por conveniencia, realizada entre os participantes do programa orientado de atividade fisica da Secretaria de Saude - Americana/SP. Participaram 38 sujeitos (48 ± 12,2 anos, 73,1 ± 11,4 kg, 1,74 ± 0,13m; VO2max  22,62 ± 6,74 ml.kg.min-1), sendo 32 mulheres e 6 homens, submetidos a 6 sessoes de treinamento realizadas em 2 sequentes microciclos de treinamento, sendo nas sessoes 1 (S1), 3 (S3), 4 (S4) e 6 (S6) foram realizados 30 minutos de exercicios de corridas ou caminhadas e 15 minutos de exercicios de resistencia de forca. Em S2 e S5 foram realizados 30 minutos de exercicios de resistencia de forca e na sequencia, foram aplicados 30 minutos de flexibilidade pelo metodo estatico e dinâmico.  As variaveis estudadas foram analisadas e seus resultados foram expressos em media e desvio padrao, as quais apresentaram uma relacao direta com a intensidade dos exercicios realizados.  Os valores da PSDmmii foram maiores quando comparados a outros segmentos corporais. Em Borg, as respostas tiveram uma grande relacao com a PSD. Houve cansaco acumulado em Borg, devido ao acumulo das sessoes, sendo que S6 obteve a maior resposta. Para MAG, as sessoes de maiores valores foram S4 e S6 ambos com predominio metabolico. As Percepcoes subjetivas mostraram-se, portanto eficientes para o monitoramento da carga de treino. ABSTRACT Monitoring of training load through borg, forter and pain subject perception scales The aim of the present study focused on the monitoring of training load through subject perception scales, during physical activity program, aimed to health. Materials and methods: The selection of individuals in the sample was the type non-probabilistic, by convenience, performed among the participants of a guided program of physical activity form Health Department of Americana / SP. Thus, 38 subjects participated (48 ± 12.2, 73.1 ± 11.4 kg, 1.74 ± 0.13 m; VO2max 22.62 ± 6.74 ml.kg.min-1), being 32 women and 6 men, submitted to 6 training sessions performed in 2 sequential micro cycles training, being in sessions 1 (S1), 3 (S3) 4 (S4) and 6 (S6) were executed 30 minutes of running exercises or walking ones and 15 minutes of resistance exercise force. In S2 and S5 30 minutes of exercise endurance and strength were performed following 30 minutes of flexibility by dynamic and static method. The variables studied were analyzed and their results were expressed in average and standard deviation, which presented a direct relation with the intensity of the exercises executed. The values of PSDmmii were higher when compared to other corporal segments. The same way in Borg, the answers had a great relation with PSD. There was accumulated tiredness in Borg, due to the accumulation of the sessions, whereas S6 obtained the highest response. For MAG, the sessions of higher values were S4 and S6, both with metabolic predominance. Subjective Perceptions appeared, therefore, efficient for monitoring of raining load.
