The invention relates to a double-stage dynamic microelectrolyzing device which belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment. The double-stage dynamic microelectrolyzing device comprises a first-stage microelectrolyzing pool and a second-stage microelectrolyzing pool, wherein the first-stage microelectrolyzing pool and the second-stage microelectrolyzing pool are connected in series; acid is added into a series connection pipeline between the first-stage microelectrolyzing pool and the second-stage microelectrolyzing pool; gas is introduced into the first-stage microelectrolyzing pool and the second-stage microelectrolyzing pool in the working process; the acid is acid which can reduce a pH value of waste water to be below 4, preferably one or mixture of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid; the waste water and the acid are mixed to be charged into the first-stage microelectrolyzing pool; meanwhile, gas is introduced into the bottom of the first-stage microelectrolyzing pool and introduced into the second-stage microelectrolyzing pool; gas is introduced into the bottom of the second-stage microelectrolyzing pool; after reaction is finished, the waste water is discharged; and the content of pollutants in the discharged waste water is reduced. The invention has the advantages of high efficiency of internal electrolysis reaction, long ageing time of a scrap iron bed, good treatment effect of waste water, low cost, less equipment investment and low failure rate.
