The main challenge of national fruit production is how to improve its competitiveness from imported fruits. In order to increase production and productivity, Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are needed. Horticultural Business Feasibility Study Application (SIKUH) which implements SOP can help investors in deciding what commodity should be planted. SIKUH based on Visual Basic 6.0 is currently available, but it can only run on a certain operating system. This research develops a Java based SIKUH as a platform-free desktop application. The business feasibility aspect implemented in this system only covers some financial aspects, namely Net Present Value (NPV) and Net Benefit and Cost Ratio (Net B/C).
