The present invention relates to a method for producing UV crosslinked polyolefin insulated wire and cable crosslinked and UV irradiation apparatus, the method comprising the polyolefin-based materials and material compounding, kneading granulation, melt in the first conductive core coextrusion coating the barrier layer and the insulating layer, then using high intensity ultraviolet light 1800mW / cm 2 or more microwave-excited electrodeless lamp as a light source in the UV irradiation to crosslink the module unit and the device combination of UV irradiation from inside the insulation layer is UV radiation crosslinking, extrusion-coated and outer shield layer over the insulating layer is a photo-crosslinkable referred to as "2 + 1" extruded light crosslinking process and subsequent processing of the cable product. The unique method and apparatus structure is simple, novel process, small investment, easy maintenance, and high crosslinking efficiency, low cost, high quality, photo-crosslinking rate is very fast, is a new UV-crosslinked polyolefin insulated cable production method and photo-crosslinking apparatus to produce crosslinking in a low pressure insulating layer above 3mm, the high pressure and separation of 10-66kV polyolefin insulated cable.
