An Unusual Complication in a Twin Pregnancy — Umbilical Cord of Twin 2 Around the Neck of Twin 1

Summary: A case of uniovular twin pregnancy is described in which the cord of twin 2 around the neck of twin 1 was clamped and cut soon after delivery of the head of twin 1, thereby creating an unusual obstetric emergency.
