A Weighted Mean Value Formula of Dirichlet L-Functions

The mean square value of Dirichlet L-functions with the weight of Gauss sum is studied by using the defination of Gauss sum, the estimations for character sum, estimations for trigonometric sum and the analytic methods, and its mean value formulas is obtained.
