Continuous steaming method and device for grass-type raw materials

The invention relates to a continuous steaming method and device for grass-type raw materials. The method includes following steps: 1, preparing materials: adopting a conventional dry-wet method to treat the grass-type raw materials to obtain chopped grass after material preparation; 2, pre-steaming: enabling the chopped grass after material preparation to enter a T-shaped pipe after being fed and spirally squeezed, and adding steaming liquor to the top of the T-shaped pipe to be mixed with the chopped grass in the T-shaped pipe to obtain a grass material; 2), enabling the grass material to enter a transverse pipe, feeding steam into the transverse pipe, heating the grass material, and then enabling the grass material to enter a spherical mixer; 3), adding steaming liquid discharged from a screw drainer into the spherical mixer, and well mixing the steaming liquid with the grass material entering the spherical mixer to complete pre-steaming; 3, steaming: conveying the pre-steamed grass material into a steaming pot, heating the steaming liquid through a heater outside the pot, sending the steaming liquid back into the pot, and steaming to obtain grass-type raw material paper pulp. The continuous steaming method and device has the advantages of high capacity, compact structure, reasonable layout and small plant occupied area.
