The present invention is opened by cyclic carbonate oligomer and a hydrophilic polyamine ring, to prepare a non-aqueous urethane isocyanates; amino group-containing dye precursor is then introduced into the polyurethane molecule chromophoric chain, and is a silane coupling agent or titanate ester coupling agent is a capping agent, a non-curable at room temperature to obtain an aqueous polyurethane isocyanate-based polymer dye.
