Back streaming-type seal ring for bearings

2012
The utility model relates to a back streaming-type seal ring for bearings. The back streaming-type seal ring for the bearings is composed of the combination of a metal shell and a rubber ring and is characterized in that a radiation board is connected on the inner side of the metal shell through a connecting wall. The inner side of the radiation board is bonded and fixed with the rubber ring. A seal lip is placed on one side of the rubber ring and a back streaming lip is placed on the other side of the rubber ring. The inner diameter of the back streaming lip is larger than that of the seal lip, and therefore when the bearing is rotates at high speed, lubricating oil inside the bearing is not easy to flow out because of mutual seal effect of the back streaming lip and the seal lip on the seal ring.
