Significance of Sarcomere Gene Mutations Analysis in the End-Stage Phase of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

End-stage hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (ES-HC) has an ominous prognosis. Whether genotype can influence ES-HC occurrence is unresolved.
