Research on the Autonomous Guarantee System of Large-scale Numerical Control Equipment

In view of the problems with excessive maintenance and inadequate maintenance of the current guarantee system,the significance of the autonomic guarantee of CNC equipment is analyzed.A smart guarantee system integrating machine condition monitoring,fault warning,fault diagnosis and troubleshooting is developed.Through the study and design of this smart guarantee system,the key technology and methods for its realization are introduced.Taking the gearbox of large equipment as an example,information acquisition of operation status and fault diagnosis methods based on the information fusion of operation status are stated.
