보행 시 성인여성의 가방휴대방식에 따른 하지의 운동역학적 차이

2016
This study investigated kinetic differences of lower extremities among three different carrying methods of single-strap bag during gait. Ten right-handed healthy women participated in this study. A three-dimensional motion analysis with 8 infrared cameras and a force plate instrumented treadmill were performed to analyze lower extremity joints kinetics during gait with three different carrying ways of single strap bag. The load of the single strap bag was 5% of each participant’s body weight. Based on the results of this study, the right(loaded side) peak vertical ground reaction force increased significantly in three carrying methods bag compared with normal gait. On the other hand, the peak vertical ground reaction force of the left(unloaded side) significantly increased when carrying a single strap bag with the hand compared with normal gait. Left center of pressure displacement significantly increased when carrying a single strap bag with the hand compared with normal gait. The peak right knee joint flexion moment significantly increased when carrying a single strap bag with the hand compared with on the forearm. Finally, a significant increase was found in right ankle joint plantar flexion moment when carrying a single strap bag with the hand compared with normal gait. These differences indicate that subjects try to maintain normal gait patterns using the kinetic adjustment. Especially, when carrying with the hand, there were the greatest effects on the human body during gait.
