Disclosed are an LED vehicle light source, a headlight source and a method for manufacturing the vehicle light source. The headlight comprises a substrate (1), wherein the substrate is provided with a functional region (4), a plurality of LED chips (3) are arranged in the functional region, the functional region is in a rectangular shape, and an enclosure (2) is arranged at the periphery of the functional region to enclose the LED chips; a top light-emitting surface of each LED chip is covered with fluorescent glass (5); and light-blocking glue (6) is arranged in the enclosure, with the light-blocking glue covering the sides of the LED chips. The manufacturing process comprises: (1) fabricating a substrate; (2) fixing the LED chips into the functional region using a die bonder; (3) applying heat-resistant adhesive onto the top light-emitting surface of each LED chip, and fixing the fluorescent glass onto the top surfaces of the LED chips using the die bonder; (4) arranging the rectangular enclosure along the edge of the functional region, so that the enclosure encloses the LED chips; and (5) filling the light-blocking glue within the enclosure, so that after levelling, the light-blocking glue covers the sides of the LED chips. Therefore, a low beam emitted from a vehicle light can form a cut-off line.
